Glorious Sunrise
I did this off a photo and it turned out to look exactly like the photo! I'm a beginner again after not touching a brush for 20 years! No formal training at all - I just love to paint and I'm hoping others like my work.

Well, you've found a fan here! This reminds me of a soft pastel painting, but when you say brush, it must be with paint! It is extraordinary. The colors are so lively. I hope you don't mind my adding the sunset to the title, as it first reminded me of a Key West sunset I have in my reference photo's. The only difference are the mountains to the right aren't present in mine.
I know this piece will be an inspiration to others to also pick up the brush. It's never to late to find the peace and joy that this past time brings.
