A big HELLO! My name is Delmus Phelps and welcome to some wonderful pages on oil painting techniques. Having been an artist for over 30 years, I’ve been fortunate enough to learn a few tricks of the trade, and some great oil painting tips!
Do you like my new look? Some of the graphics on the site were too large to match up with the background graphics, so I decided to clean things up a bit. It also helped in allowing the images to be presented better.

I hope you enjoyed my son's techno music (which he wrote, composed, and played). I don't think I'll be using the techno music on my instruction video's though, it causes me to do too much dancing! I can't wait for you to see my instructional video's.
