My tulips are bustin loose, and the daffodils. But along with that, the grass now looks like a university fertilizer experiment. It's gotten so high, the cat gets lost! How do you really know you are an artist.
I've expanded this section in a discussion about flower painting and arrangement. Early on in my career, I would have this great painting about completed when I would realize that something just didn't look right. I would opine (yea, I had to look it up too) away the hours of how great this painting was gonna be, but yet, it just didn't mesh. When this happens, it's 99% the composition out of tilt. So, don't get to far ahead of yourself with that flower painting, and check out how to start it off correctly the first time!
