copying a photo to canvas

Hi, I'ld like to know what Computer program should I buy, that prints out my photo in different sizes (bigger and/or smaller) so that I can copy it on my canvas?
I prefer a program that can turn my photo into grey scales.

You don't really need to buy a program. Picasa from google is free and will print sized images, If you want a more accurate sizing of your print, then download the free software called "paint.net" and this will work fine for you also.
